    Hi,
Check for a available DVDs (think there is one, but may be it's paid,
part of the money goes to support Gentoo development) -
    www.gentoo.org <http://www.gentoo.org>
Or burn the universal ISO to a DVD, but don't close the session
    (may be
this isn't possible at all or hard) and add the Package-CD to it.
IIRC there is a *warning* on the tab while using 'k3b' with sessions.

Hi,
Was in a hurry so forgot to mention the most universal way of doing it.
Open the install-2005.1.iso file and copy to a directory, unmount the ISO, then open the Packages-2005.1.iso and copy the contents to the same directory - now you have all the install & packages files.
Make new iso-file from that directory (man mkisofs) and Google/forums
Don forget to make it bootable.
