This feels little bit less than a k.i.s.s. ... ;)
I put a call of
/etc/init.d/ntp-client restart
into
postup() { }
of /etc/conf.d/net
which is a little more like a k.i.s.s. ;)
Like that...runs fine and fast. And only once...no polling
on this little machine.
