This link, 'http://code.google.com/p/sam2p/issues/detail?id=8', suggests that this problem occurs when gcc 4.7 is used. If that is what you have, you may want to consider upgrading gcc to version 4.8, try the ccdep.pl patch available at the link above and see if that helps.
