I don't have libjpeg.so.8 on my system at all.
Al for python, I have 2.7.8, 3.3.5-r1 and 3.4.2 installed.

If during compilation package requires libjpeg.so.8 from you, you
should fix pkg-config file(s) or rebuild an appropriate package(s).
