Actually, simply recompiling gcc with the new versions of the libs
worked for me.

I currently have installed

        sys-devel/gcc-4.9.2
        dev-libs/cloog-0.18.3
        dev-libs/isl-0.14

and everything works fine.

Hm. I would have expected gcc to be rebuilt automatically then. This seems to be the case with other updates: they trigger rebuilds in other packages as needed.
