I use the latest, excluding 9999 version, of portage and I have it here. I didn't create it so I assume it was installed during a upgrade. This is the contents of the file if you need it. [DEFAULT] main-repo = gentoo [gentoo] location = /var/cache/portage/tree sync-type = rsync sync-uri = rsync://rsync.us.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage Hope that helps. Dale :-) :-)
