The [m] means that you masked newer versions of xorg-server locally. If you remove that local mask, the blockers should be gone. Do you have a reason to keep this mask? If you must keep it, you will have to mask a lot of other packages, too, since they "want" to be upgraded but cannot, because they do not work with that ancient xorg-server.
