It's included in Kde-Sunset.

'wmt' is not listed at  https://overlays.gentoo.org/ : a typo ?

I've forwarded my original msg to the Desktop list,
which is given as the appropriate one for Kde-Sunset.
Further comments from Users are very welcome.

For a tiny timezone app +  2  puzzle games, security isn't in question.
