Sorry for the whole confussion, in my first e-mail I pasted the wrong output. I actually pasted the output of one of the times that I tried with "-dummy" and that is why said "WARNING: Some drives don't like fixation in dummy mode. ", So in my second e-mail I said I made a mistake. I just run again with the Pioneer device and see that it actually does write till the very end. "Track 01: 4444 of 4444 MB written (fifo 100%)" I can also see that this time fifo was 100% full all the time. I am sorry for the conffusion...
