emerge output: The following pkgs are causing rebuilds: [list of pkgs]
I suspect this ground has been covered in depth but finding a good discussion of what it means is a different story. So, is this bad news? Or something that needs my attention...? Maybe someone can point me at some documentation about this. Is nothing relevant on search term `rebuild' in "man portage". man emerge has dozens of hits on those search terms but still does not appear to be relevant.
