Is your man page out of date? From my man procinfo:
SYNOPSIS
procinfo [ -fsmadiDSbrChv ] [ -nN ] [ -Ffile ]
...
OPTIONS
-f Run procinfo continuously full-screen.
=procinfo-18-r2 is installed here.
