Use emerge @preserved-rebuild to rebuild packages using these libraries
Every time I run: "emerge @preserved-rebuild" it keeps rebuilding OpenOffice
and displays that message.
I don't have any more on my system "sys-libs/ncurses-5.9-r5"
system is only showing: sys-libs/ncurses-6.0-r1
