You need _EITHER_ sys-libs/glibc-2.26[rpc], i.e. <= glibc-2.25 _with_
the "rpc" useflag _OR_ sys-libs/glibc-2.26 (no "rpc" useflag) and
net-libs/rpcsvc-proto and net-libs/libtirpc.
