Looks as he is already retired. https://bugs.gentoo.org/177996 You can find an email address outside of gentoo.org in this bug (I just don't want to cite mail addresses public mailing lists, so you'll have to look that up yourself ;-) ) If you *can't* reach him that way then you should file a bug report about dropping it from the public overlays list.
