stable

libvirt-4.3.0 yesterday, installed that and re-compiled qemu as well

I also rebuilt spice.

As far as I see the upstream patch mentioned here:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1575541

might not yet be included in 4.3.0
