In trying to emerge chromium I received an error msg saying that
net-libs/nodejs needed the "inspector" USE flag.
I added
>=net-libs/nodejs-8.12.0 inspector
to
/etc/portage/package.use chromium
Now I receive the msg

unmet requirements.

This seems more serious than a simple request to add the icu USE flag to
nodejs. Can someone please explain how I should proceed?
