For a long time, I've been having a problem upgrading 'icu'.
There seems to be a conflict with KDE :

I don't need 'USE="nls"', but otherwise there's anothe conflict with 'boost'.
'icu' provides "international components for Unicode" :
whyever is that simple stuff running into this problem ?
