I'm actually using mplayer-1.3.0-r6. I don't think I've ever used the 9999 version of anything except youtube-dl. That package is a fast mover at times. Now that I see layman in there and that it is coming from a overlay, I think I'll try removing that overlay. That should fix the issue. ;-) Thanks for the info. Dale :-) :-) P. S.
