Seeing as how there is a Host entry with your notebook's name, I can only speculate that you, or something you ran, put it there.
I find the KeyAlgorithms line to be atypical as well.Is there a chance that you used a fancy wrapper, possibly menu driven, that might have updated the ~/.ssh/config file?
