I have now emerged pciutils-2.2.0-r1 & it resolves the problem - it
reads -x ouput produced both by itself & by the previous version of
pciutils (2.1.11-r3) on my other machine.
I have opened a bug to say pciutils-2.2.0-r1 "works for me". If anyone
else can confirm then that'd be great.
