gcolor3? https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/gcolor3 It looks like the latest release is 2.4.0, and has been renamed to "Color Picker" I haven't tried, but it doesn't look like an ebuild would be too hard to create.
media-libs/kcolorpicker already in portage. (appears not a KDE app, which I would have guessed from the name)
