IIRC you should have "Sound Card Support" enabled as a module (in make menuconfig it is at the top of the "Sound" page. And *nothing* else soundwise. Then emerge the alsa packages referred to by Christoph and set up your alsa in the normal way. -- [email protected] mailing list
