Then I have another problem. Something is not working right and is being logged. If it can't update the file with the error, I don't know what the problem is. It may not be a big deal now but later on, it could cause a serious problem. It may even stop sddm from working. One of the reasons for my post, to get the file where I can open it. It was so big, I couldn't get anything to let me know what is in the file. What I would really have liked to do, just erase or clear the file and let it start fresh, but much smaller. When I logout and back in next weekend, I hope it recreates the file and puts a little info in it. Then I can see what the problem is and hopefully fix it. If I get a chance, I may even logout and back in before this weekend. I might add, so far just deleting the file has worked. o_O Still, no idea what it is having a problem with. Dale :-) :-)
