I've been using bulldozer instead of piledriver (or native) as piledriver never worked for me. With this https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip.git/patch/?id=26178b713f2b3f5bc411ed8316d1635615896111
In /etc/portage/patches/sys-kernel/gentoo-sources I can now use native. Will probably work for any 6.16 kernel but i've only tried it on 6.16.9 with FX-8350.
