Have you done a world update recently? What's the full emerge output?
Note portage usually would say e.g. the following explanation (these are
package.use lines you could add to get a binary match):

!!! The following binary packages have been ignored due to non matching USE:

    =media-libs/mesa-25.3.3 video_cards_intel video_cards_nouveau
    =media-libs/mesa-25.3.3 sysprof video_cards_intel video_cards_nouveau
    =x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.131 -udev video_cards_intel video_cards_nouveau
    =x11-libs/libdrm-2.4.131 video_cards_intel video_cards_nouveau
    =media-video/pipewire-1.4.9-r3 bluetooth elogind gstreamer
pulseaudio sound-server -systemd
    =media-video/pipewire-1.4.9-r3 gstreamer sound-server
    =media-video/pipewire-1.4.9-r3 bluetooth gstreamer sound-server
    =media-video/pipewire-1.4.9-r3 gstreamer pulseaudio sound-server
    =media-video/pipewire-1.4.9-r3 bluetooth gstreamer pulseaudio
sound-server
    =media-video/pipewire-1.4.9-r3 bluetooth pulseaudio sound-server

NOTE: The --binpkg-respect-use=n option will prevent emerge
from ignoring these binary packages if possible.
Using --binpkg-respect-use=y will silence this warning.
