If the network you want to allow access to squid is either 192.168.1.0/24 or 
192.168.2.0/24, just start it.
If not, open the config (/etc/squid/squid.conf), find the string our_networks, 
and modify it to suit, then start it.

By default it runs on port 3128, but you could always check with a 'netstat 
-nplt'.
