Turn off the browser cache, then make a test... call up a website and time the 
lookup time.... then do it gain, then again. Does the second call take less 
time than the first? How about the the third?

No? Then have a look at the logfiles, whereever you have them and see what's 
going on. If you totally strike out... then reach me via email and I'll see 
if I can help you futher.
