perldoc Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::DCC
in the file /etc/spamassassin/init.pre
add this line
loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::DCC
and configure /etc/dcc/dcc.conf as required
Be aware that some plugins use a lot of system resources, tho temporarily.
