If you use syslog-ng, you can filter them with something like this in
/etc/syslog-ng/syslog-ng.conf:
filter bad_msgs {
not( match("Firmware error detected. Restarting.")
or(match("Sysfs 'error' log*"))
);
};
log { source(src); filter(bad_msgs); destination(messages); };
I haven't tested the above, but I use something simliar for other
annoying messages, so I think it should work.
