I would like to report this and see if I can get some response on this but I don't know who to tell it too. I'm thinking ppp since it is the one that sends the info. I would switch ISPs but right now, I can't. What do you think? I type all this in and most likely my ISP won't let me send the email anyway. A minute ago I couldn't even send with Kmail.
