yes, a lot. gcc 4.0.X is known for miscompiling a lot of stuff. Even worse, in a lot of cases, it produces SLOWER code than gcc 3.3 or 3.4 So there is no good reason, to install it. Do not do it! Let others burn their fingers. And for the 'but I am using gcc4 and it works perfectly crowd'.
