No, it doesn't, as this does not define the username. It only sets
the recipient adress.
Have a look at the definition of PORTAGE_ELOG_MAILURI in make.conf.example:
# full syntax is:
# address [[user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port]]
I want to set the user part to [EMAIL PROTECTED], but
don't know how to do that.
