Hi All,

I don't know what to make of the attached. I found it in my distfiles. I
can't think how I could have saved anything like that in there myself. As
far as I know portage would not save anything like that there (no package
that I know of). What else could it be?

Has this box been compromised?

Mick

Focus on Programs: Gangs

Partnership Against Gangs
They're bigger, better organized, and more widespread than ever--and that's why we're working closely with our partners to combat violent street gangs. Our new national anti-gang strategy includes an intelligence-driven task force that targets the increasingly dangerous street gang Mara Salvatrucha, or MS-13.

Testifying before the U.S. Senate on the FBI's FY '06 budget request, Director Mueller explained what we need to continue strengthening our Intelligence Program, support our Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence activities and our traditional criminal investigative efforts, address our information technology and infrastructure requirements, and maintain our support to our state, local, and tribal partners.

Byte Out of History

Bureaucratic Wrangling over Counterintelligence, 1917-18

Wilson's Cabinet

When the dust settled after the armistice of 1918, the Bureau of Investigation—the predecessor to the FBI—came out on top as the agency in charge of domestic counterintelligence, a responsibility that hasn’t changed since. Strong echoes of the issues and arguments from that earlier row resonate in national debates since 9/11/01.
