Well... I have all my twm problems behind me and now I'm left with one problem I can't resolve.
Kde starts up just fine, but I'm unable to move the mouse pointer. I've tried all the various mouse protocols in xorg.conf and read the xorg 7.0 migration howto.... Has anyone run across this problem and fixed it? As mentioned, when running the tab window manager the mouse works fine... it's only in kde that it's broke.
