2.4 is no longer in portage, which means there must be something wrong with it. It wouldn't have been removed otherwise. The Changelog will probably tell you more. In this case, upgrading to 2.4-r1 is almost certainly the best option, and change package.mask accordingly. -- Neil Bothwick You are a completely unique individual, just like everybody else.
