Hi All,
I just compiled kernel-2.6.16-gentoo-r3 and it now causes an iptables
error when the machine boots. Any ideas how I can fix it?
Here is some supporting information.
Boot error looks like this:

# /etc/init.d/iptables restart
* Loading iptables state and starting firewall ...
iptables-restore v1.3.4: iptables-restore: unable to initializetable 'nat'
Error occurred at line: 8
Try `iptables-restore -h' or 'iptables-restore --help' for more information.

Assuming that line 8 above is from the /etc/init.d/iptables script,
this is what line 8 says:

iptables_name=${SVCNAME}
=====================
