You're trying to emerge packages that depend on something that has
not been put into the stable tree yet.
You can try adding the packages to your /etc/portage/package.keywords
file
(echo ' gnome-base/libgnome-2.14.1 ~x86' >> /etc/portage/
package.keywords).
