This actually did help.
I was not aware that such option exists. i tried Option "NoDDC" "true" and that just messed everything up (and i could use 640x480 only).

Option "DDC" "Off" actually works, so thanks a lot for help. I'm aware this is not a real solution just to ignore what DDC says, but it works and it's what's the most important ;)
