Hi, I'm going to upgrade gcc to 3.4 (yes,I know I'm late but I'm finally on summer break so...)
I ran revdep-rebuild --library libstdc++.so.5 -- -p -v and I found it wants to actually upgrade the packages I still didn't upgrade from the last emerge --sync. Now, it would be all good, if only I also still have to switch to modular X, and frankly switching compilers and X all at the same time seems a bit too much for me. How can I tell revdep-rebuild to just *rebuild* the packages already installed with their already installed versions? m. -- [email protected] mailing list
