Just a question, did someone manage to install gentoo (or another flavour of linux) on an old world PowerMac 7600 with an 1 GHZ Sonnet Dualprocessor Upgrade card (Crescendo)? The gentoo kernel stuck right after booting and I wonder if a self compiled kernel would help.
