If you changed a flag used by the package, such as tk, --newuse should cause a rebuild. But as you know you want to rebuild the package, why not just do emerge --oneshot =dev-lang/python-2.5 Or unmask python-2.5-r1 and let emerge -u world handle it. -- Neil Bothwick Accept that some days you're the pigeon, and some days you're the statue.
