Hello

"already taken on" means the IP is already taken in the Network.
Another host with the same IP exist in your LAN.
But when i restart my machine and enter another OS(ubuntu),the network
is OK and the ip is the same:202.114.26.194?So I think this means
nobody else is using my this ip.
