I don't really think that it's arrogant, as you put it, just not that helpful. All I'm really saying is that it's good to try to maintain a friendly atmostphere where people feel like they can post without feeling like they might be acting too silly. Perhaps some people are lazy, perhaps some aren't, but like another poster said, you can just ignore the post if you don't like it. I'm a big fan of the "there are no stupid questions, just stupid answers" way of thinking.
