I could install VMware6 manually and it worked fine (except setting some
env variable).
Mind you, there's always Murphy. So add the overlay to your system, and
emerge away. If it doesn't work, you'll soon know about it and can
revert back
I installed it and pulled vmplayer 2.0. It seemed to word fine... let´s see.
