Hm, why are you using this ppd file with cups-pdf? It doesn't belong to cups-pdf (at least not to 2.4.6). When I installed the cups-pdf "printer", I used the PPD file that was supplied with it; ie. /usr/share/cups/model/PostscriptColor.ppd. And this works pretty fine.
