I am looking for system admin tools to replace the laborious -- and sadly error-prone -- manual editing I've been using up to now. I've got a Gentoo and an Ubuntu system to administer, both of which are essentially single-user desktops.
I worry a bit about tools that mangle existing configurations, or anything else that might go wrong that I haven't thought of yet. So, is anyone using webmin? What's the verdict on this product? ++ kevin -- Kevin O'Gorman, PhD
