Well, that seems to have fixed things insofar that I can emerge glibc. If anybody has more info, I would appreciate it. If this is worthy of a bug report (I assume it is), I suggest somebody else report it, as I won't have internet access as of tonight for a few days (if not the entire week), not to mention me never having reported a bug. -- Marc Joliet
