If you look in metadata.xml in /usr/portage/app-arch/rpm/ (or use e.g. herdstat to query it for you) you'll see that the maintainer is 'maintainer-needed'. So yes, currently it has no maintainer. In my latest sync 498 out of 11901 packages have that status. -- Bo Andresen
