edit buildfile and do some search and replaces on each line.

[ebuild   R   ] sys-libs/gpm-1.20.1-r5  
[ebuild   R   ] sys-libs/ncurses-5.6-r1

becomes
emerge =sys-libs/gpm-1.20.1-r5 && \ 
emerge =sys-libs/ncurses-5.6-r1 && \
and so on

Make sure there are no spaces after the \

Run the file using "sh buildfile".  If an emereg stops, just edit the
file deleting or comment the completed builds and restartinmg it.
