I proposed that it should offer more than the Gentoo Forums and more than 
Bugzie too.  It should of course offer a good search as the Forums do, but 
what it must do is list dynamically the features/issues requested more and 
voted for by most people.  In other words, offer a real time view of what 
people are more interested in, want fixing, etc.  If we want Gentoo to be 
driven by its users needs (and desires) then this would be a representative 
system, which should hopefully spur devs to work in the right direction.  Of 
course, if I get all my mates to vote for stupid things then potentially 
stupid things will get developed.  There will be some checks and balances 
needed here to avoid such vote poisoning of the system - although it will 
probably be self regulating.
